Job Requirements Project Manager Location: PCS CA, Toronto Years of Experience: 15-30 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 15 years of proven experience in leading complex projects and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and driving successful outcomes within scope, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring project objectives are achieved. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Engage and manage stakeholders across business, technology, and leadership teams to align project goals and expectations. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing appropriate contingency plans when required. Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates. Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adopting best practices in project management, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
