Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding design changes, contract notices, and technical queries. Prepare for, attend, and document project meetings, distributing detailed and accurate meeting minutes. Support cost control and quantity tracking, ensuring alignment with cost codes and internal reporting systems. Assist site supervision with administrative and coordination tasks as required. Conduct regular site visits (typically 1–2 times per week per project) to support field teams and maintain alignment between site and office. Support implementation of project quality management systems and final turnover documentation. Assist with implementation and compliance of corporate Health & Safety programs. Ideal Candidate Requirements: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Field Engineer, or similar role within civil construction. Experience supporting piling, foundations, or shoring projects (CFA piling, cast-in-place piles, sheet piling). Engineer-in-Training (EIT) designation or working toward professional registration is considered an asset. Strong understanding of construction documentation, cost tracking, and project controls. Proficiency with Excel, Word, MS Teams, and scheduling or construction management software (HCSS, MS Project considered assets). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative project team. Ongoing training, mentorship, and career development opportunities. Exposure to diverse civil construction projects across multiple market sectors. Strong project pipeline providing stability and long-term growth potential. Collaborative team culture with a focus on safety, quality, and work-life balance.
