They will also manage budgets, analyze financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and project policies. Candidates must hold a university degree in finance, accounting, or engineering and possess at least 3 years of experience in cost control or project accounting. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) are essential, along with professional bilingualism in French and English.
