Act as the primary interface for stakeholders while ensuring projects meet scope, budget, schedule, and safety standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Systems, Mechanical, or Railway Engineering, with 10-15 years of experience and P.Eng registration in Ontario preferred. Candidates must possess strong technical judgment in signaling principles and systems engineering lifecycle management.
