The Pharmacy Solutions team is a dynamic cross functional team within TELUS Health which manages the leading Pharmacy Management Systems (PMS) across Canada. Our team is made up of highly skilled problem solvers who are responsible for improving health care solutions within the Canadian Pharmacy Technology ecosystem.

TELUS Health has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Manager of Products & Services Leader to join our Pharmacy Solutions Team.

As a Product Leader, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our software delivery processes across our platforms by leading a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, and working closely with our Engineering teams. You will grow and mentor an already mature and high functioning team. You will be responsible for further fostering and maturing our processes, while enabling our team to deliver best in class solutions.


What you'll do

  • Lead and ensure your team's successful and timely delivery of high-quality modern applications
  • Champion and execute the delivery roadmaps for our platform
  • Collaborate with our Product Owners to manage the velocity and throughput of our platforms
  • Ensure the product team follows best practices for Agile development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
  • Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
  • Collaborate with product managers on product discovery to define project scope, goals, solution ideas, and deliverables
  • Monitor key metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team
  • Lead, inspire, and empower a team of talented team members
  • Attract and recruit top talent to help execute our mission
  • Advocate for the career advancement of your team members, understanding their aspirations and taking appropriate steps to set them up for success

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Experience and Skills:
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
    • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
    • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.
    • Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation
    • Proven track record of delivering successful products to market
    • University degree in a related field or the equivalent experience demonstrated by progressive responsibilities

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to effectively influence cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
