IT Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Manager will be responsible for leading IT projects and managing a team of three people (one System/Network Administrator and two IT Technicians), reporting to the General Manager of the subsidiary.

MORE PRECISELY

• Build the IT aspect of a brand new site and remain hands-on (around 30%)
• Optimize IT security and document processes
• Manage the IT budget, inventory of IT equipment and relationships with suppliers
• Collaborate with development teams to align on needs and strategic objectives
• Work in an environment on Windows, Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, Slack, AWS, Unreal Engine
• Carry out technological monitoring and stay on the lookout for new trends

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience in IT, including 3+ years in management
• Professional experience in IT project management and process optimization
• Expertise for the IT infrastructure side, but mastery of the implications on the software side
• Good knowledge of IT security
• Desire to stay hands-on and strong diplomacy
• Experience in the video game field (strong asset)
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
