Type of position: Regular
Your role as project manager will be to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure the completion of mechanical services (ventilation, dust collection, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, fire protection, compressed air, energy recovery) for various industrial applications. You will work with a dynamic team and will be called upon to share your technical and project management knowledge.
You will also be called upon to play an active role in seeking business opportunities with our clients and to participate in drafting winning proposals. You will need to help with the firm's business development by maintaining internal and external client relationships. You will be working in the Greater Montréal area, at our Mont-Saint-Hilaire office and occasionally at our Montréal office.

- Lead work execution on studies and detailed engineering assignments for HVAC and industrial mechanical service projects.
- Establish budgets and schedules and ensure staff engagement.
- Share project objectives with your team.
- Be responsible for the quality of deliverables, costs, schedules as well as quality and health and safety.
- Check performance indicators and share results with clients on a monthly basis.
- Coach project leaders to achieve objectives.
- Manage client expectations and ensure their satisfaction.
- Present change notices to clients and define additional mandates with them.

Overview of certifications and job requirements
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering and a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- About 15 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in mechanical project management in the industrial, energy or mining sectors
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical services
- Available for short-term travel outside the office
- Relevant experience in project management and drafting technical reports
- Bilingual (English and French)
