This role is designed to be part of the Centre of Excellence (CoE), Global Functions and Supply within the Information and Technology (I&T) organization at BRP. This group consists of functional and technical system experts across multiple application portfolios supporting Planning, Warehouse Management and Transportation business capabilities. The team is responsible for Application Lifecycle Management as well as project delivery to enable BRP to maximize its I&T investments in new and existing solutions and achieve its goals and future growth objectives. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business objectives (the “why”), business requirements (the “what”), solutions (functional and non-functional) and transition requirements (detailed requirements, the “how”). This will define the scope of the initiative and its key features.
  • Manage requirements: prioritizing, categorizing, maintaining and tracing them until go-live.
  • Assist in documenting various processes with regards to Supply Chain Management.
  • Be the link between business stakeholders and the initiative team (architects, development team, etc.) with respect to the scope and key features.
  • Facilitate collaboration, share information, organize and lead workshops related to the scope of the initiative.
  • Contribute to program/project planning activities.
  • Understand the solution architecture, existing and target, review the Solution Architecture Document.
  • Understand business processes, existing and target.
  • Ensure that solutions (business, high-level solutions, system specifications) satisfy requirements and key features.
  • Identify, manage and address the gaps between the requirements and solutions being delivered until they are resolved.
  • Contribute to functional and integration testing of solutions.
  • Document the UAT test strategy, actively assist the business in the definition of UAT scenarios, and support the business during the execution of UAT.
  • Contribute to the change management strategy, planning activities and risk assessment of projects.
  • Contribute to business handover and post-implementation support (operationalization).

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management, or other relevant subject areas.
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role and full lifecycle implementation of systems such as WMS, TMS and/or Supply Chain Planning solutions.
  • Good knowledge of SAP IBP, EWM and/or TM solutions would be an asset.
  • A deep understanding of and experience in Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse Management and Transportation Management.
  • Experience working with third-party application integration.
  • Understanding of IT operational processes would be an asset.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry would be an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a positive demeanour and a go-getter attitude.
  • Strong communication/interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
  • The ability to work in French and English (written and oral).
