The Promotions team aims to empower both users and marketing team members through bespoke offerings, award types, and best-in-class awarding times through event streaming capabilities.

About the Work

As a key member of our Promotions feature team you will:

  • Report to the Senior Product Manager and assist with product roadmap execution.
  • Gather feature requirements from user research, marketing stakeholder input, and elsewhere; then translate these into detailed documentation for design and engineering.
  • Work with designers to create user-centric and intuitive experiences.
  • Communicate daily with the development team on prioritizing, unblocking, and completing deliverables to consistently deliver user and business value.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new feature training, release, and adoption.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure business impact of new and existing features.
  • Building strong relationships with relevant team members and stakeholders.

About You

  • A post-secondary degree and/or equivalent experience in a relative field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, project management, engineering, marketing, sportsbook operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of self-organizing, taking ownership and driving results.
  • Experience working directly with a development team in an agile environment to deliver digital products.
  • Highly analytical - understand product data (e.g., quantitative and qualitative insights), communicate the results clearly and effectively, and make decisions based on those insights.
  • Communicative and collaborative - not afraid to reach out for more information or to verify assumptions.
  • Biased towards action - a great collaborator who drives towards clarity and delivery.
  • High bar for delivering quality - from your own contributions, to the people you work with, to the products you work on.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning and growth of your skill set.
  • A passion for sports, esports and/or iGaming, or the desire to learn about them & understand what gets users excited.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Fun, relaxed work environment.
  • Education and conference reimbursements.
