Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer is responsible for supporting in the technical and operational management of various projects in the Central SPO Group's portfolio of projects. You will collaborate and work towards common goals with a diverse group of colleagues in the technical services and operating departments, as well as external contractors in projects through all phases from execution and handover to operations.
To be successful, we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, who can build and maintain positive relationships with partners across all levels of our organization. We require someone who is organized, has strong critical thinking and presentation skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, you will have good problem-solving skills and a strong desire for continued professional and personal development.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an Engineer looking to make a significant impact on a critical effort to ensure the continued operation of the business. You will have a chance to highlight your skills in the coordination of all phases of project lifecycle including collaboration with Health & Safety, planning, quality controls, cost and schedule control using you influence to lead project-site decisions made through thorough detailed data analysis and sound project practices.

Salary Range: $80.00 - $100.00 / Hour
The actual base salary offered is determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
Successful candidates must be willing to satisfy the pre-employment requirements of a pre-employment drug screen and three professional references.
