Position: Banner SaaS Project Manager Location: Remote- Toronto, ON Job type: Full-time/Permanent hiring We are seeking an elite, heavy-hitting Senior Enterprise Program/Project Manager with a proven track record of driving large-scale digital transformations. The ideal candidate will act as the orchestrator for an enterprise-level Banner SaaS implementation. This role requires someone who operates effortlessly in complex, matrixed environments and possesses deep corporate governance and financial forecasting capabilities. You will not just track tasks; you will manage multimillion-dollar portfolios, drive executive alignment, influence pre-sales scoping, and lead high-performing cross-functional delivery teams from inception to completion. Core Responsibilities Banner SaaS Delivery Leadership: Direct, organize, and orchestrator full lifecycle implementations of Ellucian Banner SaaS / Cloud ERP platforms within complex enterprise or higher education environments. Portfolio & Financial Governance: Maintain absolute financial control over multimillion-dollar budgets, including capacity forecasting, resource allocation, and burn-rate optimization. Executive Stakeholder Management: Establish immediate trust and executive presence with C-suite and university/consortium leadership, aligning strategic business goals with IT execution. Pre-Sales & Scoping Partnership: Collaborate closely with Customer Relations and Solutioning teams to define program bounds, structural timelines, and concrete value propositions during pre-sales phases. Risk Mitigation & Delivery Excellence: Enforce project governance guidelines, identify delivery roadblocks proactively, and ensure strict alignment with quality, scope, and target metrics. Required Skillsets Tenure: 10+ years of enterprise-scale Project/Program Management experience leading massive cloud ERP, CRM, or SaaS migrations. Domain Focus: Direct experience leading or co-ordinating a Banner SaaS implementation is a non-negotiable requirement. Methodology: Deep architectural and delivery methodology understanding of SaaS/Cloud ERP frameworks. Financial Acumen: Advanced tracking of complex resource matrixes, vendor costs, and project financials. Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication alongside strong executive presence. Preferred Qualifications Strong background within Higher Education systems, administrative workflows, or multi-institution consortium environments. Advanced project delivery credentials (PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or Cloud Practitioner certifications). Exposure to surrounding systems like Salesforce, Slate, or Brightspace.
