Position: Banner SaaS Project Manager Location: Toronto, ON (Remote) Employment Type: Full Time Experience Required: 10 + Years Role Summary: Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Banner SaaS Implementation projects within Higher Education environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale SaaS, ERP, or CRM implementations, stakeholder engagement, project governance, budget management, and executive-level communication. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Banner SaaS Implementation programs across multiple business and technology teams. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables. Drive strategic alignment between business stakeholders, leadership teams, and technology partners. Establish project governance frameworks and ensure delivery excellence. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, status reporting, and executive dashboards. Identify risks and dependencies proactively and implement mitigation strategies. Coordinate with Customer Relations, Solutioning, and Pre-Sales teams to define project scope, timelines, and value propositions. Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and stakeholder communications. Ensure successful migration, testing, integration, training, and go-live activities. Mentor project teams and promote best practices in project management and delivery. Manage vendor relationships and third-party implementation partners. Drive customer satisfaction and successful business outcomes. Required Technical Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience managing enterprise SaaS, ERP, or CRM implementations. Demonstrated success in leading multimillion-dollar projects and budgets. Strong experience in project governance, delivery management, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations. Preferred Qualification: Banner SaaS Implementation leadership experience. Experience with Higher Education administrative and academic processes. Experience with ERP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. PMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Cloud certifications. Experience working with higher education systems, consortiums, or educational institutions
