We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex initiative for a public-sector organization. This individual will oversee the project lifecycle, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure successful delivery within the established scope, schedule, budget, and governance framework. Key Responsibilities Lead the project from initiation and planning through implementation and closeout Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and governance documentation Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and change requests Coordinate internal business and technical teams, external vendors, and other project partners Facilitate meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive presentations Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions when required Ensure compliance with organizational standards, approval processes, and reporting requirements Support procurement, vendor management, and contract-related activities Maintain clear communication with stakeholders at all organizational levels Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience managing complex projects within the public sector or a highly regulated environment Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, governance, and delivery controls Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors Strong risk, issue, budget, schedule, and stakeholder management capabilities Experience working with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery methodologies Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and executive-level communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a structured and collaborative manner PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred
