6 Months contract- possibility of extension Fully remote- EST hours required JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager for a leading financial services technology client. This individual will support a large-scale digital software implementation initiative serving a network of 32 credit unions. The Project Manager will act as the primary customer-facing representative, driving implementation projects from initiation through delivery while managing stakeholder expectations, project scope, timelines, and risks. The successful candidate will oversee multiple concurrent implementations running in staggered cohorts, collaborate closely with customers, consulting partners, and technical teams, and ensure successful adoption of digital banking technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, relationship-driven Project Manager with strong communication skills and experience in banking, credit unions, consulting, or financial services technology environments. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of Project Management experience managing software or digital implementations Financial services, banking, or credit union industry experience (specifically digital banking or online banking platforms) Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and managing competing priorities Strong SDLC knowledge and project delivery experience Direct customer-facing project management experience Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Experience coordinating project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and deliverables Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously (up to 5 active projects) Strong organizational and time management skills NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Consulting background PMP, PMI, PRINCE2, CSM, or related certification Vacancy Status: This posting is for a currently vacant role, and the successful candidate will be hired into an existing open position.
