The Project Coordinator is responsible for administering project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and invoicing. They also manage communication between trades and consultants while preparing tender packages and status reports.

Job Responsibilities: Ability to read and understand construction drawings Prepare monthly project status reports and other reports as required Communicate with trades, consultants and site staff Administer purchase orders, change orders, change notices, and change directives Administer holdbacks, RFIs, Transmittals, and maintain a log Administer project invoicing and assist with job cost reporting Prepare Tender Packages Prepare Trade contracts Health and Safety Administration Experience and knowledge of the Municipal approvals process Project Coordinator Qualifications: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in residential developments Post secondary diploma or degree relating to construction Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license Jobsite certifications such as fall arrest, working at heights, etc. are considered an asset.
