Your Main Responsibilities Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety culture in all aspects of project delivery; Manage multi-discipline engineering projects as the prime consultant for Defence Construction Canada and the Department of National Defence; Lead the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and close-out of assigned projects in accordance with company and client requirements; Coordinate project activities across multiple disciplines, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, environmental, and other technical teams, as required; Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, deliverables, and client expectations; Prepare and review proposals, work plans, budgets, schedules, reports, and other project documentation; Participate in client meetings, project meetings, progress reporting, and issue resolution; Coordinate subconsultants, contractors, and internal project resources to support successful project delivery; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, technical teams, and project partners; Support contract administration, site reviews, project reporting, billing, and project close-out activities, as required; The successful candidate may be based anywhere in Canada and can work remotely (or in one of our local offices). This role supports Englobe’s Defence operations working on projects across the country. What Makes You Unique Degree or diploma in engineering, engineering technology, architecture, construction management, project management, or another related field; Minimum of 10 years post graduation & 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in consulting engineering, infrastructure, buildings, institutional, federal, Defence, or multidisciplinary project environments; Experience managing multi-discipline engineering projects, including coordination of internal technical teams and external subconsultants; Experience with Defence Construction Canada, Department of National Defence, federal government, institutional, or secure infrastructure projects would be considered a strong asset; Professional designation, eligibility for registration, or project management certification would be considered an asset; Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, change management, and risk management; Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment; Strong client service orientation with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships; Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sites or client meetings, as required. What you’ll do

Requirements
Requires a degree or diploma in engineering or a related field with at least 10 years of post-graduation experience and 5 years in project management. Experience with federal government or secure infrastructure projects is considered a strong asset.
