This role is an opportunity to lead high-impact projects and strategic initiatives across a complex, cross-functional organization. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, taking ownership from initiation through implementation and post-project closure. The position combines project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and performance reporting. You will also contribute to the evolution of PMO processes, tools, reporting, and delivery practices. Accountabilities Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects with varying levels of size, complexity, and strategic importance. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, governance structures, and deliverables. Define project scope, objectives, success measures, and delivery frameworks in alignment with organizational priorities. Drive execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards. Manage project dependencies and interdependencies while proactively identifying and addressing barriers to successful delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, providing guidance and leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Lead project meetings, steering committees, workshops, stakeholder reviews, and other governance forums. Prepare clear project updates, executive summaries, dashboards, presentations, and portfolio reports for leadership and stakeholders. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment on priorities, timelines, risks, decisions, and expected outcomes. Ensure projects follow PMO methodologies, governance standards, processes, and best practices. Support project intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and related PMO activities. Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, track issues, and escalate critical matters when appropriate. Manage change requests, including impact assessments, documentation, tracking, and stakeholder communication. Monitor project performance through KPIs, milestones, budgets, benefits, and success metrics. Track benefits realization and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making. Identify opportunities to continuously improve PMO processes, tools, reporting, and overall project delivery capabilities. Requirements 8–12 years of progressive project management experience, including responsibility for managing multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated experience leading medium-to-large, cross-functional projects within complex or matrixed organizational environments. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies. Proven ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate alignment, and drive decisions across business and technical teams without relying solely on formal authority. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving project challenges. Experience working within a PMO or enterprise portfolio management environment is preferred. PMP certification is preferred. Experience with project portfolio and work management platforms such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools is an asset. Experience leading process improvement, technology implementation, organizational change, or operational transformation initiatives is beneficial.
