About the role We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who enjoys bringing marketing plans to life and keeping things moving. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow into a Marketing Manager position within an agency-style environment.
You’ll support the delivery of client marketing campaigns, working closely with Marketing Managers and wider teams to make sure everything is organized, on track, and executed to a high standard.
What you'll be doing Support the delivery of marketing campaigns from planning through to launch and reporting Support day-to-day client communications, including status updates, follow-ups, and meeting coordination Manage creative approvals with clients and internal teams Ensure creative and production deliverables are on-brief, clearly scoped, and build-ready Write and edit marketing copy for campaign assets Prepare and update marketing plans, briefs, presentations, and status reports Support Marketing Managers in developing client proposals, recommendations, and deliverables Coordinate timelines, next steps, and stakeholder alignment to keep projects on track Track project progress, ensure deliverables meet timelines and quality standards, and proactively flag and resolve risks Partner with cross-functional teams (including Creative, Production, and client teams) to support execution Own smaller-scale campaigns or workstreams from briefing through execution and reporting Contribute ideas and feedback to improve campaigns and outcomes Support campaign reporting, including data collection, performance summaries, and translating results into actionable insights
What you'll bring 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing coordinator or support role Experience working on marketing campaigns, ideally in an agency or client-facing environment Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once Confidence creating presentations and supporting client-ready materials A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and quality control mindset Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., for content drafting, research, or workflow efficiency) is an asset Knowledge of different types of paid, owned and earned media (print, email, direct mail, digital, POP). Comfort using tools like PowerPoint and Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities A proactive, positive approach, someone who takes ownership and gets things done
