The role of the Project Manager for road rehabilitation is to plan and follow through on the execution and completion of construction projects, following specifications and meeting deadlines. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members, sub-contractors and all other stake holders in order to deliver projects as per plan. The Project Manager will oversee and maintain communication with all stakeholders and seeing through on deliverables and approvals.

Liaison with government bodies

Review and understand project plans, specifications and job requirements Direct and manage project development Create / manage traffic plans, constructions schedules, work plans, public and client relation?s/ customer service, quality control and reports, and all other project documentations.

Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and all stakeholders, schedule and track project timelines and milestones.

Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, required documentation, manage project payments, quantities, RFI?s, RFQ, change directives, change orders, field instructions, invoices and submittals including shop drawings.
