About the role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Coordinate subcontractors activities . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Select trade subcontractors . Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Hire and supervise activities of subcontractors. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Develop and implement quality control programs. Oversee the analysis of data and information. Prepare reports. Employment terms options: Early morning. Evening. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for youths: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
