Project Manager, Builders Division

Full-time permanent On-site Monday to Friday 8-4, 9-5 Salary $65-70,000 per annum

On behalf of our client TA Appliances, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager, Builders Division. Reporting to the VP Builder, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading multiple priorities, and is committed to delivering excellent service to builder partners, account managers, site teams, installers, suppliers, and customers. The Project Manager, Builders Division will oversee project coordination from planning through delivery, installation, warranty support, documentation, and issue resolution. This position plays a key role in ensuring builder projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with client expectations, internal processes, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities · Act as the primary point of contact for builder partners, account managers, site managers, delivery teams, installers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout assigned projects. · Oversee project progress from start to completion, ensuring timelines, requirements, site readiness, delivery schedules, installation needs, documentation, and follow-up items are managed effectively. · Communicate project status, updates, deficiencies, warranty needs, and issue resolution plans to builder partners, developers, account managers, and internal teams in a timely and professional manner. · Review project details with account managers and ensure project requirements, specifications, standards, and expectations are clearly understood and documented. · Coordinate site visits with site managers at key project milestones, including six months, three months, and one to two weeks prior to delivery or installation. · Schedule delivery, installation, and direct site shipments with suppliers, site teams, delivery crews, and installers. · Fulfill purchase orders to suppliers for specific projects and support purchasing activities as required. · Assist with standards and requirements for site delivery teams and installers to support successful project execution. · Act as the main point of contact for warranty service needs related to assigned projects. · Request, collect, review, and provide all project documentation required for builders, developers, suppliers, installers, and internal teams. · Coordinate TA Builder signage at project sites with builder partners and site managers. · Review and communicate project deficiencies with builders and developers, ensuring follow-up and resolution are completed in a timely manner. · Review delivery and installation costs and send contracts to TA Builder contractors as required. · Perform site visits as required to support project planning, execution, and issue resolution. · Ensure all paperwork, invoices, billing requirements, delivery documentation, installation records, exchange paperwork, and return paperwork are accurate, complete, and detailed. · Create and maintain special billing requirements for builders and assist with maintaining customer invoices. · Act as a liaison between customers and builder team members to support clear communication and positive customer experiences. · Identify, resolve, and communicate project issues promptly while following established processes and escalating concerns when required. · Perform general administrative duties, including reporting, filing, documentation management, and project tracking. · Perform any reasonable task as requested by management.

Qualifications · Related university or college degree is required. · 2+ years of experience in a project coordination, project management, builder, construction, logistics, or related role. · Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines, documentation, priorities, and stakeholder communication from planning through completion. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for project outcomes. · Purchasing experience is considered an asset. · Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. · Strong customer service skills with the ability to support builder partners, customers, and internal teams professionally. · Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. · Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Adobe. · Knowledge and experience with Epass, Salesforce, Procore, Buildertrend, and other project or management systems is considered an asset. · Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills.
