THE OPPORTUNITY

Lead Complex Projects That Shape Communities Join our National Mechanical and Electrical Sub-sector as a Regional Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic, multidisciplinary engineering projects across Canada. Working closely with the National Director, Commercial and Risk, you’ll drive excellence in project execution while influencing delivery strategies, commercial outcomes, and client success.


YOUR IMPACT

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects, ensuring excellence in scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Define and implement optimal project delivery strategies, including procurement models and governance frameworks
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships while managing expectations and delivering high-value outcomes
  • Drive strong commercial performance by optimizing fee revenue and proactively managing risk
  • Champion digital delivery, project controls, and best-in-class PM practices across multidisciplinary teams
  • Lead and facilitate project team collaboration through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Contribute to business growth by supporting pursuits, proposals, and strategic client development
  • Promote a culture of safety, inclusion, and high performance across all project environments

THE SKILLS THAT SET YOU APART

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Architecture or Construction Management considered an asset)
  • 15+ years of progressive project management experience, including major construction project delivery
  • Demonstrated experience working with Tier 1 contractors and professional PM firms
  • Strong expertise in commercial management, contracts, risk mitigation, and alternative delivery models
  • Proven leadership capability, including mentoring and developing high-performing teams
  • PMP designation (or working toward) considered a strong asset
  • Advanced proficiency in tools such as MS Office, MS Copilot, Primavera, and BIM environments
  • Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and expand client opportunities

Compensation  AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - 138,000 MB & ON: $95,000 - 130,800 NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 - 124,900
