About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of technical software products used across process engineering, manufacturing, and life sciences. You'll sit at the intersection of customers, engineering, and business strategy—translating complex scientific and engineering workflows into intuitive software products that deliver real value. This is a highly visible role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape the product as the company scales.
What You'll Do Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Work closely with customers to understand workflows, challenges, and emerging market needs. Translate technical and scientific requirements into clear product specifications and user stories. Partner with engineering, UX, data science, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact products. Prioritize features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals. Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement. Measure product success through customer feedback, adoption, and business outcomes. Support product launches, customer demonstrations, and go-to-market initiatives. Stay ahead of trends in process engineering, digital manufacturing, and life sciences software.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field. 5+ 10 years years of product management experience delivering technical software products. Experience within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, biologics, or process manufacturing. Strong understanding of process engineering and manufacturing workflows. Experience with process modeling or simulation software (e.g. bioreactors, chromatography, reaction engineering, or similar). Experience supporting process scale-up or technology transfer into manufacturing is highly desirable. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into products customers love. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Experience building SaaS or cloud-based software products. Knowledge of digital manufacturing, digital twins, process modeling, or advanced analytics platforms. Experience working in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devices. What Success Looks Like Deliver a product strategy that aligns customer needs with business growth. Build software that simplifies complex engineering and scientific workflows. Launch impactful product features that drive customer adoption and measurable business value. Help establish a product function capable of scaling alongside a rapidly growing company.
