Role Description The Program Manager role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Ajax, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. This role oversees sourcing and procurement programs, coordinating schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure that client requirements are met on time and within scope. The Program Manager leads cross-functional collaboration between suppliers, internal teams, and clients, monitors performance metrics, and manages risks and issues across projects. Daily responsibilities include tracking milestones, preparing status reports, optimizing processes for supply chain efficiency, and supporting strategic initiatives that improve sourcing outcomes. The role also involves maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement in program execution. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in program or project management, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress across multiple initiatives. Experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing operations, with the ability to coordinate suppliers and manage logistics. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess risks, optimize processes, and interpret data for decision-making. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software); familiarity with ERP or procurement systems is an asset. Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Ajax, ON with remote work, and managing priorities independently. Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in electronics or component sourcing is an advantage; knowledge of global supplier networks and international trade practices is beneficial.
