Profile: Our client provides direct marketing, print production, and customer communication services to businesses and is looking for an Account Specialist to manage an existing portfolio of clients. In this role, you will work closely with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to coordinate marketing and print projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service. You are highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail. You enjoy analyzing data, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts, and learning new technologies and software to help clients achieve their objectives.

Territory: Clients are in Canada and the US Workplace: Hamilton or Burlington Products/Services: Marketing services Salary: $65,000-$81,000 Commissions/Bonus: $15,000-$20,000 annually, from month 1 Car allowance: km reimbursed Expense’s reimbursement: All reasonable expenses reimbursed Other Benefits: Full benefits covered by company 3 weeks vacation + 4 PTO days Tuition reimbursement

Functions: Manage an assigned portfolio of existing business clients, serving as their primary point of contact and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate marketing, print, and communication projects from quotation through production and delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to keep projects on track and resolve issues quickly and effectively. Prepare estimates, respond to client inquiries, and recommend solutions that meet customer needs while identifying opportunities to upsell additional services. Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide clients with meaningful insights and recommendations for future initiatives. Maintain accurate project documentation and manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
