This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Implementation Consultant – Incident Reporting based in Canada. This role is centered on configuring, deploying, and optimizing incident reporting solutions for fire and EMS agencies across Canada. You will act as a key implementation expert, ensuring systems are aligned with provincial reporting standards while delivering reliable, high-quality deployments for a wide range of public safety customers. The position combines technical configuration, customer enablement, and domain expertise in emergency services operations. You will work closely with implementation managers and cross-functional teams to translate complex reporting requirements into scalable system configurations. A strong focus is placed on accuracy, compliance, and customer readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle. This is a high-impact role where your work directly supports safer and more effective emergency response operations. Accountabilities: Lead the configuration and deployment of incident reporting solutions for Canadian fire and EMS customers, ensuring successful delivery from project kickoff through go-live while meeting internal standards and timelines. Translate customer and provincial reporting requirements into effective system configurations, balancing compliance needs with operational best practices. Deliver customer training and onboarding on incident reporting workflows, ensuring operational readiness, accurate reporting, and smooth adoption at handoff. Collaborate with implementation managers and technical teams to support data migration, integrations, and end-to-end implementation delivery. Maintain strong documentation, project tracking, and workflow discipline, including accurate updates in implementation management tools. Identify and escalate product or process gaps related to Canadian incident reporting requirements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: This role requires 3+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, SaaS professional services, or technical product configuration roles, ideally within public safety or government-adjacent environments. You should bring strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into structured technical solutions. Familiarity with fire/EMS operations or Canadian incident reporting standards is highly valuable. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be training users, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting operational adoption. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment.
