About the Role: Job Title: Project Manager Overview: We are seeking a Creative Project Manager to support creative, localization, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating cross-functional projects, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring the timely delivery of creative and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end localization and creative project workflows. Manage project intake, task assignments, approvals, and handoffs across teams. Track project timelines, deliverables, and team performance metrics. Support vendor management, invoice auditing, purchase orders, and budget tracking. Coordinate onboarding activities and system access for new team members. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve project issues and ensure timely delivery. Assist with operational improvements and special projects. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of project coordination or project management experience. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services or process improvement. Experience with Adobe Workfront, Figma, or Trados. Familiarity with email marketing tools (Knak, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Taxi for Email, Chamaileon). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Litmus. PMP certification or equivalent training. Working knowledge of French. Location: Toronto, ON (3 days onsite) Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly rate?for this position is between $15/hr-$20/hr. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
