Note: This role is 5 days a week in our Office located on Richmond and Spadina in downtown Toronto

What You'll Be Doing Build the 0 → 1 product marketing and growth engine across channels: You’ll own Venn’s voice, narrative, and market presence across channels while building the systems we’ll scale from scratch, including product launch motions, brand messaging, campaign planning, tooling, channel strategy, and content distribution. Own the narrative and messaging across Venn's product launches, website, content strategy, customer emails, and onboarding flows to improve acquisition and retention Lead product launches and own the GTM plan for new products / features — narrative, positioning, assets, content, rollout, and tracking Own and operate all social media channels, including LinkedIn, curating content and case studies for both the Venn brand and our founders to grow awareness and authority + discover new channels Define and refine how Venn's products are perceived in the market, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with different ICPs. Own the website and make it conversion-ready by constantly iterating to enhance messaging, drive conversions, and communicate product value effectively. Create and execute a strategy for blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and educational content that drive conversions and engagement.

What we’re looking for: Minimum 3+ years of full-time (non-internship) experience, including a minimum 2+ years at a tier-1 consulting firm, investment bank, or major technology company, plus at least 1 year of experience at a startup, as a founder, or as a creator/influencer Strong understanding of product positioning, content distribution, engagement metrics, and audience growth. Experience optimizing website content, SEO, and conversion rates. Ability to analyze data, run experiments, and iterate based on insights. Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product and sales teams. Ability to manage projects end-to-end, working with internal teams and contractors. Self-starter and able to own and execute strategies end-to-end
