A well financed, publicly listed Canadian gold exploration company is seeking a Vice President Exploration to join its executive leadership team.

The company controls a highly prospective district scale land package in British Columbia and is entering an exciting phase of sustained exploration growth. With a strong treasury, committed long term shareholders and multiple high priority targets, this is a rare opportunity to shape the exploration strategy of one of Canada's most exciting emerging gold stories.

Responsibilities • Develop and execute the company's exploration strategy across multiple projects • Lead target generation, geological interpretation and drill program execution • Build and mentor a high performing exploration team • Oversee exploration budgets, planning and capital allocation • Drive technical excellence through geological modelling, data integration and interpretation • Ensure high quality technical reporting and compliance with NI 43 101 standards • Work closely with executive leadership and the Board on exploration strategy and corporate objectives • Support technical presentations, investor engagement and market communications where appropriate • Identify opportunities to expand resources and unlock new discoveries across the district

Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology or a related Earth Science discipline • Extensive senior exploration leadership experience within the mining industry • Demonstrated success leading significant gold exploration programs and advancing discoveries • Strong understanding of structural geology, mineral systems and district scale exploration • Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and exploration budgets • Public company experience and familiarity with technical disclosure requirements • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, Boards and external stakeholders • Willingness to travel to project sites as required
