Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Foam Insulators Foreman/Woman to lead and oversee foam insulation projects on construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory skills, extensive knowledge of construction management, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role is vital in ensuring project quality, safety, and timely completion while managing a team of insulators and coordinating with project stakeholders.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate foam insulation installation activities on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide installation processes
• Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to meet deadlines
• Oversee quality control procedures to ensure insulation meets industry standards and client requirements
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in construction estimating to maintain financial efficiency
• Lead and supervise a team of foam insulators, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of the project

Requirements

• Proven supervisory experience in construction or insulation projects, with a strong background in foam insulation installation
• Proficiency in bluebeam, Primavera P6, ProCore, and other construction management software tools
• Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and quality control processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse project stakeholders
• Construction management certification or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards in all work activities
