Position Summary
Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support its growing sales and marketing team. This role is responsible for coordinating national marketing initiatives, maintaining brand consistency across multiple regions, and providing marketing support to offices across Canada. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, the Marketing Coordinator contributes to campaign execution, digital content management, event planning, and the ongoing development of marketing strategies that support business growth.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and has experience managing multiple marketing projects from planning through execution.
Full bilingual proficiency in English and French is a requirement, given the client’s national focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Coordination Coordinate and execute national marketing campaigns and initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and consistent messaging across all regions. Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and analysis of marketing initiatives.
Brand Management & Regional Support Provide marketing support to regional offices across Canada, responding to requests and assisting with local marketing initiatives. Ensure all marketing materials adhere to established brand standards, guidelines, and messaging. Develop, maintain, and distribute branded templates, marketing resources, and collateral. Manage the procurement, budgeting, and distribution of promotional products, branded merchandise, and corporate gifts.
Digital Marketing & Content Management Maintain and update corporate websites, ensuring content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with brand standards. Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and publishing of social media content. Create and edit presentations, email communications, digital marketing assets, and other promotional materials. Monitor digital engagement and coordinate responses or escalate inquiries as appropriate.
Project, Event & Vendor Coordination Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and documentation across multiple initiatives. Maintain marketing calendars, asset libraries, and project records. Liaise with internal creative teams and external vendors to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate trade shows, sponsorships, corporate events, and product launches to maximize brand visibility and lead generation. Support vendor management and procurement of marketing materials while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing or communications. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with website content management systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office. Experience with email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and graphic design software is considered an asset. Able to travel across Western Canada 10-15% of the time.
