About the role

Our client, a Canadian Defense contractor is in the process of expanding its business and looking for an experienced Account Manager/ Inside Sales Rep with 4+ years of experience. Experience from defense, manufacturing, or complex B2B environments preferred.

Your responsibilities will include:

Manage PO changes, timelines, and customer updates Own RFx tracking, coordination, and response development Coordinate efforts with Costing, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams Track and follow up on trade show and leads Maintain accurate records, tracking systems, and reporting outputs Identify expansion opportunities (new products, customers, markets, etc.) Support trade shows, conferences, and targeted business development efforts
