About The Role.
McCain is seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Leader to drive enterprise-wide digital business transformation through modernization, integration, and optimization of core business processes. This Director-level role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Finance, and Technology—delivering a globally integrated digital foundation across Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Trade Promotion Management (Vistex).
This is a newly created role within McCain’s Digital Transformation team, offering flexibility to be based in Toronto, Ontario or Florenceville, New Brunswick. You will play a critical role in enabling scalable, standardized solutions that improve trade spend transparency, strengthen financial controls, and unlock measurable business value.
What You’ll Be Doing.
Lead enterprise-wide transformation of Order-to-Cash, Logistics, and Trade Promotion Management processes. Drive global harmonization and standardization through scalable S/4HANA and Vistex solutions. Deliver large-scale ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations, including Vistex IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement modernization. Define and implement a global template for Order-to-Cash and Trade Promotion to reduce regional variation. Own SAP solution architecture, integration, deployment, and adoption aligned to business outcomes. Champion value-driven initiatives focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, and service improvement. Lead global program delivery teams, ensuring governance, risk mitigation, and adherence to best practices. Enable advanced analytics, AI-driven insights, and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating business priorities into actionable technology strategies. Foster a high-performance culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful.
10+ years of SAP experience, including S/4HANA and Vistex implementations. Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash, Trade Promotion Management, Warehouse and Transportation Management, and Order Fulfillment. Proven track record leading large-scale, global SAP transformation programs in CPG, manufacturing, or Food & Beverage industries. Strong experience with Vistex (IP & DM / Rebates & Settlement) across the full TPM lifecycle (planning through settlement). Expertise in SAP ecosystem tools (Fiori, analytics, ECC/S4) and integrated systems (e2Open, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, etc.). Demonstrated ability to standardize global processes and deliver measurable business outcomes. 5+ years of leadership experience managing global teams and complex programs. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive influence skills. Experience working in both Agile and traditional delivery models. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Compensation Package: $146,200.00 - $195,000.00 . CAD annually + Bonus eligibility + Long-term incentive eligibility
