An advanced degree, such as a Master’s, PhD, PharmD, MD, MSc, or equivalent, in a health, medical, or life sciences discipline. Strong self-direction and time management skills, including the ability to manage workload independently after training, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines without constant oversight. Openness to constructive feedback, with the resilience, flexibility, and growth mindset needed to revise and strengthen deliverables based on client and team input. Excellent writing, editing, critical thinking, and scientific storytelling skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into accurate, engaging narratives and visuals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word; Excel proficiency is helpful. The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment while maintaining quality and professionalism.
