In this role, the successful candidate is preferred to be in the greater Vancouver, BC area, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
What you’ll do as a marketing print coordinator, signage and store projects:
- manage the production and distribution of all print and digital marketing collateral to our stores across the country
- obtain quotes from external vendors
- coordinate assets for projects, determine artwork specifications and vet submissions.
- provide project guidance and print expertise to internal stakeholders
- responsible for developing workback schedules and project management, staying within timelines and budget
- collaborate closely with internal teams and seek to continuously improve how we work together
What we’re looking for:
- strong print industry knowledge
- 2+ years of experience working in a production environment and knowledge of multimedia standards for both print and digital media
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- project management skills - ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects
- ability to pivot quickly and remove project roadblocks
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- strong proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

Annualized Compensation Range
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00
Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
