Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven Infrastructure and Cloud Managed Services go-to-market consultant to help drive the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for our hybrid cloud and infrastructure managed service offering. This role is key to scaling our on-prem infrastructure managed services and cloud operations portfolio across AWS, Azure, OCI and Google Cloud, ensuring market alignment, customer adoption, and revenue growth.
This role is responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for on-prem infrastructure and cloud-based products and services. This role works closely with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to drive cloud adoption, accelerate revenue growth, and ensure successful customer outcomes. This role requires an AI-first mindset, with an emphasis on embedding AI into product management, delivery, and Agile practices to drive efficiency and innovation.
What will your typical day look like?
Support the Cloud and platform services projects deployments and enhancements Contribute to Product builds, functional requirements and validations, and solution demonstrations for new Product development initiatives Participate in daily stand-ups and delivery rituals to track progress and manage risks Troubleshoot technical and business issues and support resolution across client engagements. Work within Agile product teams and lead Agile ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint management, daily standups, product roadmap formation, retrospective, etc. Gather and prioritize business and or technology requirements and build process flows, groom product backlog, and coordinate final product delivery. Coordinate with business units to identify issues and areas of improvement. Provide regular updates on status and progress with business units Use industry standard project management processes, tools and ceremonies to deliver product roadmap goals Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing technical input, solution options, and effort estimates Support sales and solution teams during discovery sessions, technical workshops, and onboarding activities Document solution configurations, product release and runbooks Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and standardization Apply AI tools in day-to-day delivery activities such as requirement development, backlog management, reporting, and documentation Support adoption of AI-driven ways of working within the team by sharing best practices and guiding usage across delivery activities Embed AI into Agile and Scrum practices (e.g., backlog refinement, sprint planning insights, risk identification, and status reporting)

You are someone with these skills, experience and qualifications:
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure concepts (compute, networking, environments) Familiarity with onboarding workflows, platform services, and enterprise IT environments Experience with domains such as cloud hosting, managed services, product delivery, release management, automation, GenAI, AIOps solutions, etc. Experience working end-to-end working on projects, including experience working with technology and business stakeholders to write requirements, develop user stories, and facilitate the hand-off to development teams Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of how GenAI can be applied in product delivery, managed services, or enterprise IT environments Demonstrated experience identifying opportunities to automate or streamline processes using AI or low-code/no-code tools Relevant certifications: Cloud related certs, PMP/ CSM certs
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $57,000 - $102,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
