About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our client's Construction Trade company. . The ideal candidate will support project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating resources, schedules, and communication among stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent time management skills, and proficiency with construction management software. The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Duties Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools. Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and civil drawings to facilitate project planning and execution. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Utilize construction estimating software such as HeavyBid to prepare and manage project budgets. Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports. Use Bluebeam and other construction management software for document review, markups, and collaboration. Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets; identify potential delays or issues early. Support project managers in resource allocation, procurement activities, and compliance tracking. Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. Experience Proven experience in trades project coordination. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and civil 3D modeling. Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills. Construction Trade experience is highly desirable Prior experience with construction scheduling software like Primavera P6 or similar programs is preferred.
