Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions. Develop risk management plans. Supervision: 16-20 people. Working groups. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Working at heights training. First Aid Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Construction specialization: Roofing.
