Our team designs and manufactures world-class prefabricated electrical enclosures and industrial assemblies serving industries such as mining, utilities, oil & gas, power generation, and heavy industrial sectors across North America.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organized and technically capable individual with experience managing industrial manufacturing or engineered fabrication projects from kickoff through completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from award through completion ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved
• Develop and maintain project schedules and monitor progress against milestones
• Coordinate with drafting, purchasing, production, and operations teams to support project execution
• Maintain client communication throughout assigned projects
• Lead project meetings and provide progress updates internally and externally
• Review and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Support fabrication coordination and resolve technical or production-related issues
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Coordinate procurement timing to align with fabrication and project schedules
• Monitor project risks and proactively implement corrective actions
• Ensure project documentation, schedules, and deliverables remain organized and up to date
• Support quality control, project accountability, and successful project closeout

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management or Project Engineering within mining, power generation, industrial manufacturing, or related industries
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings
• Experience in welding and ability to read and understand welding symbols
• Strong project scheduling experience, Microsoft Project preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Additional Qualifications Considered an Asset

• Degree in Management
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
• Red Seal Metal Fabricator or Welder certification
• Experience within prefabricated metal enclosure manufacturing environments
