TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Technical Analyst Job Description: Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills

1. 5-7 years of a technical analyst with experience in project management, technical project management, or program coordination.
2. Experience supporting security, compliance, or technology risk initiatives (e.g., vulnerability remediation, EOL tracking, platform upgrades).
3. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
4. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
5. Experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, or SQL. Nice to Have Skills
6. Prior experience working directly with software engineering teams.
7. Experience in regulated financial environments. Soft Skills Required • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Clear, concise written and verbal communication. • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills. • Ability to escalate appropriately and communicate with executives. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail. • Ability to work in fast paced, technical environments. Education & Certificates • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field. • Project management or Agile certifications considered an asset.
