Feversham, ON – Plastics Operations Production Operator Starting Rate: $23.43/hr with wage increase after 3 months Plastics Forklift Operator Starting Rate: $24.46/hr with wage increase after 3 months Plastics Machine Operator – Sheetline Starting Rate: $23.00–$25.00/hr based on experience, with wage increase after 3 months Plastics Production Team Lead Starting Rate: $25.49/hr with wage increase after 3 months
Shelburne, ON – Water & Recycling Operations Production Operator – Shelburne Water Starting Rate: $21.22/hr with wage increase after 3 months Production Operator – Forklift Certified – BMPR Starting Rate: $25.24/hr with wage increase after 3 months Production Team Lead – BMPR Starting Rate: $26.27/hr with wage increase after 3 months Shift: 12-hour continental shifts, nights only

What We Are Looking For We are looking for candidates who are reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Depending on the role, we are interested in candidates with experience in: Production or manufacturing Forklift or material handling Plastics extrusion or machine operation Food, beverage, plastics, recycling, or packaging environments Team lead, lead hand, or production leadership roles
General Requirements Strong attendance and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong attention to detail Commitment to safety and quality Ability to stand for up to 12 hours Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days and nights depending on the role
