ties Strategic Develo pmentExamine broad market dynamics, customer trends, competitive activity, growth opportunities, and emerging challenges to shape long-term strategic direc tion.Conduct Voice-of-Customer and Voice-of-Sales research to gather insights for decision-ma king.Build a clear picture of the competitive environment using market data, industry reports, share analytics, and win/loss anal ysis.Develop business proposals that justify investment, expansion, or enhancements to the offering portf
olio. Market Devel opmentIdentify and refine target market segments, verticals, and customer groups within the addressable land scape.Support creation and execution of the offering roadmap by developing compelling value propositions, defining business cases, and ensuring successful introduction and support of new and existing offe
rings. Offering Category Man agementContribute to the Annual Business Plan and support consistent execution of planned obje ctives.Oversee revenue, margin performance, and sales contribution targets across global and regional m arkets.Implement pricing strategies, including list price management, pricing frameworks, incentive programs, and cost-reduction t argets.Manage the full lifecycle of offerings—from introduction to maturity, through pricing updates, active SKU management, and end-of-life planning—to achieve financial and inventory obje
ctives. Role Req uirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering; an MBA or comparable business training is an asset.3–7 years of experience in product management, product development, sales, engineering, manufacturing, or distribution within an industrial or commercial B2B env ironment.Solid understanding of product engineering, product management practices, and relevant industry s tandards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex issues and provide clear recomme ndations.Skilled in managing conflict and collaborating across centralized and matrixed organ izations.Demonstrated leadership with a proactive mindset and ability to driv e action.Self-directed, able to work both independently and in collaborative environments, with a strong focus on achieving results.Excellent communication skills, able to engage transparently and effectively in various si
tuations.
