Role Overview We’re looking for an Integrated Producer to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mid- to large-scale integrated campaigns, managing workflows across creative, strategy, content, and production partners. This role oversees projects from scoping through post-production, proactively driving timelines, budgets, communication, and quality. The Integrated Producer is a confident operator who owns day-to-day production, ensures every deliverable is polished, on time and on brand. Responsibilities Project Ownership Lead project planning, scoping, timeline development, and resourcing across assigned projects. Utilize project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, sprints) to streamline workflows and improve delivery timelines when required Manage project tracking reports, change orders and SOW changes or updates Drive end-to-end production for digital, social, video, experiential, and multi-channel deliverables. Own project documentation, technical requirements, production specs, and delivery guidelines. Circulates relevant meeting notes and action items for internal teams Develops and maintains project schedules, internal status reports, and resource plans throughout the project lifecycle. Set up projects in PM tools, project file organization and infrastructure Ensure clarity on briefs, deliverables and specs for project teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with creative, content, strategy, and production leads to ensure deliverables align with briefs, technical requirements, brand guidelines, and feasibility—identifying gaps early and driving resolution. Collaborate with account teams and department leads to clarify briefs, refine specs, confirm scope, and validate accurate resourcing needs across all project phases. Communicate proactively and confidently with internal teams, vendors, and freelancers, setting expectations, resolving blockers, and ensuring alignment throughout the project. Oversee the file delivery process by ensuring assets are organized, named correctly, version-controlled, formatted properly, and delivered accurately across platforms. Champion adherence to agency tools, processes, and approval workflows—helping identify inefficiencies and recommending improvements. Own resourcing for assigned projects, ensuring the right talent is staffed at the right time based on project scope and required skill sets. Partner with creative, strategy, development, and PMO leads to assess availability, workload balance, and skill fit when assigning tasks or building schedules. Forecast resourcing needs across pre-production, production, and delivery, flagging gaps, overloads, risks, or shifting priorities ahead of time. Coordinate onboarding for freelancers or vendors when specialized skills or additional capacity is required. Provide thoughtful input to leadership on bandwidth challenges, staffing considerations, and scalable resource planning.
Internal Leadership Act as the primary production lead, feasibility discussions, and status updates, attending and contributing to relevant client meetings and presentations Partner with account, strategy, and creative leads to align on scope, timelines, and deliverable expectations. Translate strategic and creative concepts into actionable production plans. Lead internal reviews, production check-ins, and approval cycles.
Vendor & Operations Management Source, vet, negotiate and manage external partners, freelancers, and specialized vendors. Negotiate estimates, manage SOW updates, and oversee vendor delivery quality. Ensure all final assets meet specs, formats, and platform requirements.
Quality, Process, & Problem Solving Maintain production quality across all workstreams, ensuring assets meet brand, technical, and creative standards. Manage and coordinate internal reviews, feedback cycles, and revisions. Conduct light proofreading, formatting checks, and basic QC to ensure deliverables meet agency standards and technical specifications. Perform accessibility checks and ensure assets are prepped correctly for final delivery. Anticipate risks and develop proactive mitigation plans. Optimize workflows, processes, and communication patterns to improve team efficiency at a project level Participate in identifying and implementing new tools, automation, and AI-driven production enhancements. Champion agency production practices and uphold PMO standards across teams and workstreams. Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in integrated production or project management within a creative agency or production environment. Experience in managing a variety of campaign and creative digital assets (banners, eBooks/guides, social, webinars, landing pages, case studies, emails etc.) Proven ability to manage tight timelines, vendors, and complex multi-channel workflows. Strong technical understanding of digital specs, AI, video deliverables, file formats, and platform requirements. Experience leading production conversations and presenting production plans. Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple workstreams concurrently. Familiarity with PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira) and digital delivery systems. Skilled in reviewing and providing feedback with the ability to handle light editing when needed. Strong project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. A solution-oriented clear communicator and natural collaborator in a remote-first team. A positive attitude with curiosity for new technologies and production innovations. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
