EDSS Sanitation Solution is currently seeking an Area Manager

Location: West and Central Ontario Experience: Sanitation in food industry - Groceries stores and Meat factories Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check and Clean MTO Abstract

Responsibilities:

Manage night shift operations with flexibility for daytime meetings. Hold full accountability for account integrity, site performance, and quality standards. Manage labor hours and budgets while coordinating specialized project work across sites. Conduct regular business reviews and maintain strong partnerships with facility managers and tenants. Oversee scheduling, staffing, training, and performance management for all site personnel. Conduct quality assurance inspections, ensure accurate documentation, and generate monthly reports. Monitor sites for operational improvements and identify opportunities for service upsells. Enforce strict adherence to OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act) and ESA (Employment Standards Act) regulations.
