Our client located in downtown Toronto is looking for an Event Operations Lead to add to their team.

Oversee all aspects of event and meeting planning and execution. Manage catering, logistics, and vendor relationships. Supervise, train, and coach team members. Ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction. Manage supplies and inventory. Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and external vendors Support travel programs and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. University Degree or College Diploma in Business or Hospitality. 5+ years of experience in event management and client service. Previous experience working in a professional services firm 3+ years of supervisory experience. Strong project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects Flexibility to work between the hours of 7:30am to 6:00pm when required.
