Compensation Range: CAD $50,000 to $70,000 annually Vacancy Status: Existing vacancy with immediate availability What You’ll Do As an Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to clients while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality marketing programs and campaigns. You will help identify opportunities, guide projects from concept through execution, and contribute to long-term client success. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client accounts and project activities. Develop project scopes, creative briefs, and strategic recommendations. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery. Monitor project timelines, budgets, forecasts, and invoicing. Support the development and presentation of new ideas and programs. Review materials for quality, accuracy, and readiness before client presentation. Build strong, professional client relationships. Participate in status meetings and provide clear project updates. Help maintain profitability while ensuring excellent client service. Qualifications Post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills in English. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and digital communication platforms. Ability to work collaboratively while taking initiative and ownership of results.
