On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Digital Project Manager for a 9-month role. This position is a remote position with potential team meetings onsite at our client’s Calgary office.
Digital Project Manager - Job Description:
The Digital Project Manager will oversee the management and delivery of digital projects, focusing on building e-retailer relationships and managing content delivery across digital platforms. This role involves scoping projects, conducting user acceptance testing, and ensuring quality and compliance in project execution.
Digital Project Manager - Responsibilities:
Build and maintain e-retailer relationships Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) Scope projects and manage content delivery Mitigate risks by complying with agreed processes Assist with onboarding and paperwork processes for external vendors Assign individual resource responsibilities and develop project schedules Communicate project details to stakeholders within brand organizations Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical team members Manage development and production of digital products
Digital Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
7-10 years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a digital agency Solid project management best practices PMP, PMI, CSM, SCRUM, ACP, II, PRINCE, MBA, QA, or PSM certification Strong decision-making skills Experience with content management systems Proficiency in Jira and Confluence Experience in consumer-based web and mobile environments
Digital Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in cross-functional collaboration Understanding of quality control processes ROI tracking experience Experience working under a Digital Program Manager Familiarity with relationship marketing planning
