About the Role
We're hiring a Construction Manager who runs schedule, budget, and sub relationships across multiple active jobs at once — not a single-site foreman managing one build at a time. You'll own the handoff from pre-construction to construction, keep every crew and trade moving without living on one site, and be the person ownership trusts to catch a problem before it becomes a client escalation.
This role is built for someone who has supervised high-volume low-rise residential construction — multiple homes or units in motion simultaneously — and knows how to run that volume through people and process, not by being everywhere at once.
What You'll Own
Schedule and budget across all active jobs
- Sub-trade scope negotiation, buyout, and coordination
- Quality control sign-off before every phase handoff
- The formal handoff package from pre-construction to construction
- Client escalation point above field foremen What You Bring
Proven track record running multiple concurrent low-rise residential builds — high volume, not one house at a time
- Sub-trade negotiation and buyout experience
- Comfortable owning a budget and being accountable for margin, not just schedule
- BuilderTrend or comparable project management / job-costing software fluency
- A hardworking, ownership-minded operator who takes pride in the finished product — not someone content with "good enough" Why Henley
