We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee production, logistics, and procurement functions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of optimizing operational processes, driving efficiency, and managing complex supply chains.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management: Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and quality standards are maintained. Implement and monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow processes. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures. Logistics Management: Manage all aspects of inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Negotiate contracts with carriers and logistics providers. Develop and implement strategies for efficient order fulfillment and distribution. Procurement Management: Lead procurement in sourcing and purchasing raw materials, components, and services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and pricing. Implement strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve supplier performance. Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and ensure continuity of supply. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and training. Strategy & Reporting: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals. Analyze operational data, identify trends, and generate reports for senior management. Manage operational budgets and forecast resource needs.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 7-10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, with a strong focus on production, logistics, and procurement. Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain management software. Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
What They Offer: Compensation: A competitive base salary of $135,000 - $150,000, along with a variable bonus structure.
