The Venue Operations team manages Lyft's presence at thousands of venue locations across the world— from major sports stadiums and concert venues to conventions, festivals, and high-capacity event spaces. Our work sits at the intersection of real-world operations and technology: we configure the products, tools, and data pipelines that shape how riders find their pickup spot and how drivers navigate to them. When a sold-out game lets out, Venue Ops is the reason it works. As an Associate Program Manager on the Venue Ops team, you'll own execution of venue configurations, partner requests, and operational programs with oversight from senior team members. You'll develop deep expertise in our venue toolset, build cross-functional relationships, and continuously improve the processes that keep thousands of locations running accurately and at scale. Responsibilities: Venue Configuration & Product Operations Execute and maintain venue configurations in Scope Studio, including event scheduling, venue pins, road closures, and pickup/drop-off zones Support new venue launches and configuration updates, ensuring accuracy against physical ground conditions Participate in venue audits — reviewing existing configurations, identifying gaps, and documenting corrective action Monitor venue performance using dashboards and analytics tools; surface trends and flag anomalies with context Partner Operations Manage inbound partner requests through the team's email alias and Jira board, responding within SLA targets Coordinate with non-contractual partners (NCPs) and internal teams (BD, Legal, Product) to resolve operational issues and fulfill requests Document partner interactions and outcomes to support pipeline development and partnership continuity Program Execution & Process Improvement Own execution of assigned workstreams end-to-end, along with special projects Identify opportunities to improve repetitive processes and document improvements for team use Provide proactive status updates to stakeholders; escalate blockers with relevant context before they become issues Support cross-functional collaboration with mapping, engineering, and data teams on venue-related product improvements Experience: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and have a valid passport. Nights and/or weekends are occasionally required for event support. 2–4 years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field SQL proficiency (basic to intermediate) — comfortable querying datasets, interpreting dashboards, and doing ad-hoc analysis in tools like Mode Detail-oriented with strong follow-through; you complete what you start and document what you did Clear, proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders informed without being prompted Comfortable reprioritizing in a fast-paced environment based on urgency and business need Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and Google Suite Based in or able to work from Toronto; knowledge of local market context a plus Benefits: Extended health and dental coverage options, along with life insurance and disability benefits Mental health benefits Family building benefits Child care and pet benefits Access to a Lyft funded Health Care Savings Account RRSP plan with company match to help save for your future In addition to provincial observed holidays, salaried team members are covered under Lyft's flexible paid time off policy. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid The expected base pay range for this position in the Toronto area is CAD $71,200 - CAD $89,000, not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location.
